Clarifying Our Identity: Dynamacore - Your Trusted IT Partner Since 2009
Matthew Heckman

At Dynamacore (a DBA of Berks Technology Solutions, Inc.), we've proudly served businesses since 2009 with reliable, proactive IT solutions. Our mission is simple: eliminate technology issues before they cause downtime, deliver enterprise-level services at flat-rate pricing, and let our clients focus on growth—not IT frustrations.

Recently, we've noticed occasional confusion online due to an unrelated business in Michigan using the name "Dynamacore LLC" (dba Glazed and Confused), a licensed adult-use cannabis retailer operating in Crystal Falls, Michigan (address: 2465 US Hwy 2 S). This entity has no connection to us whatsoever—different industry, different ownership, different location, and different operations.

For full transparency:

  • We are Berks Technology Solutions, Inc. dba Dynamacore, an IT consulting firm specializing in managed IT services, VoIP phone systems, cybersecurity (including scam detection training), hardware-as-a-service, professional data cabling, and security camera installations.
  • Our clients include accounting firms, manufacturers, educational institutions, engineers, retailers, healthcare providers, and more—businesses that rely on us for 24/7 monitoring, quick-response support, and cost-effective tech that prevents interruptions.
  • The Michigan entity (license AU-R-000361) is a separate cannabis retail operation regulated by the Michigan Cannabis Regulatory Agency (CRA). Public records show it resolved a 2022 formal complaint (ENF No. 21-00304) via a 2024 consent order, paying a $14,000 fine for Metrc tracking violations (e.g., non-compliant sales from inventory on administrative hold, mismatches in statewide monitoring system entries, and related procedural issues under Michigan Admin Code rules like R 420.104(3)(b), R 420.212(1), R 420.502(3)&(4), and R 420.505(1)(a)&(2)). The matter was settled cooperatively—no prior discipline noted—and the business appears to remain active based on recent CRA licensing reports (e.g., renewals listed in late 2025/early 2026 weekly updates).

This name overlap has led to isolated mix-ups (e.g., mistaken inquiries, calls from unrelated finance companies, or verification requests), but we want to be crystal clear: Dynamacore has never been involved in cannabis, marijuana retail, or any regulated substance industry. We are strictly a professional IT partner helping businesses run smoothly and securely.  The only high you are going to get from us is your bottom line from the savings in IT services that we deliver to you.

If you've reached us in error or have questions about our services—managed IT to prevent downtime, VoIP for major savings, cybersecurity training, hardware-as-a-service without big upfront costs, data cabling, or security cameras—please contact us. We're happy to help clarify or discuss how we can support your business.

Your success is our success. Thank you for trusting Dynamacore.
